PLANNING - Our planning process includes management, supervision of vendors, catering and menu planning, etiquette advice, creation of detailed timelines, and budget maintenance, from start to finish.

DAY OF COORDINATION - Our team of experts will arrive first on-site and are the very last to leave on event day. We provide unlimited hours of service to plan and coordinate vendor deliveries, manage set-up of decor, staging and entertainment, guest assistance, cue activities for a successful event flow, and liaise with venue management, throughout the duration of the event.
